Marketplace status
Aero RFP is a marketplace venue. We are not a party to, broker of, or guarantor of any sale, and we do not take title to any lot. Contracts of sale are concluded directly between the seller and the selected bidder.
Seller arbitration
The seller is not bound by the highest bid and may select any qualified bidder, or none, at its sole discretion.
Auction Rules (CGU annex)
Bids are firm, irrevocable offers (C20)
Each bid is a firm, irrevocable offer that remains valid until the earlier of the seller’s decision or 7 calendar days after the auction closes, after which non-selected offers lapse. No deposits or bid bonds are held.
Selection & closing window
Selection is the seller’s designation of a bidder to conclude the sale off-platform within a 30-calendar-day closing window; selection does not itself form the contract of sale. Withdrawing or refusing after selection breaches these rules and, in v1.0, results in revocation of qualified status.
Airworthiness & traceability (C24)
The seller warrants the completeness and authenticity of airworthiness records (e.g. EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3). Prior to any sale, Aero RFP performs a reasonable-efforts documentary review designed to mitigate the risk of Suspected Unapproved Parts ("SUP", ASA-100 standard); this review is neither a certification nor a guarantee. Aero RFP does not verify airworthiness and does not warrant the authenticity, approval status or airworthiness of any individual part; bidders must perform their own due diligence.
Anti-shill (C25)
Operators and their related parties do not bid. The administrator role cannot place bids.
